BTC Digital Ltd. ("BTC Digital" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:BTCT), a Nasdaq-listed digital computing infrastructure company, today announced that it has entered into a mining equipment hosting services agreement with Tianci Group Holding Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianci International Inc. (NASDAQ: CIIT).

Under the agreement, BTC Digital will provide hosting and management services for the customer's Bitcoin mining equipment through its hosting facility in Manila, Arkansas. The services include rack space, power access, cooling and ventilation, internet connectivity, physical security and on-site technical support.
