11:20 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SThree (STEM.L) confirmed an unsolicited, preliminary and highly conditional takeover approach from IT talent matching company Circle8 Group. The STEM workforce consultancy said Wednesday that Circle8 has until Oct. 7 to either announce a firm intention to make a bid or walk away, adding that there is no certainty an offer will be made.
