11:20 PM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Porsche AG (P911.F) completed the sale of its stakes in Bugatti Rimac and Rimac Group for total proceeds of 1 billion euros, according to a Wednesday release. The German sports car manufacturer sold the interest to an unspecified buyer consortium under deals signed in April. It earmarked 250 million euros of the total expected proceeds for its pension obligations.
