11:29 PM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nexans (NEX.PA) said Wednesday it completed the issuance of 500 million euros of 4.25% bonds with a five-year term. The French cable manufacturer said the issuance refinances the 500 million-euro bridge-term loan it obtained from BNP Paribas and Société Générale in April for the purchase of the US-based manufacturer of low-voltage copper and aluminum wire products, Republic Wire, in June.
