12:48 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Climeon (CLIME-B.ST) said Wednesday it raised 50 million kronor through a directed share issue of 18,518,519 class B shares at a subscription price of 2.70 kronor apiece. The issue comprises two tranches of 17,979,019 shares for new and existing investors and 539,500 shares for board members. The second tranche is subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for Sept. 29. The Swedish product company plans to use the proceeds to convert its existing sales pipeline into delivered orders through continued commercialization in the maritime segment and commercial scale-up in prioritized industrial sectors. Augment Partners acted as the sole manager and bookrunner in the share issue.
