05:30 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HSBC Holdings' (HSBA.L) group Chief Financial Officer Pam Kaur plans to step down in 2027 and continue in an advisory role to support ongoing strategic projects and an orderly handover. The British lender said Thursday that Kaur's official retirement date will be announced soon and will take place no later than its 2027 annual general meeting. The search process for a new group CFO, considering both internal and external candidates, has been launched.
