08:27 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CyanConnode Holdings (CYAN.L) said Thursday that a court sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for its takeover by Esyasoft Technologies UK. The London-listed smart metering company added that the scheme is expected to become effective on Sept. 14 after a copy of the court order is delivered to the Registrar of Companies. CyanConnode expects its shares on the London bourse's AIM segment to be delisted on Sept. 15. Esyasoft Technologies UK is a subsidiary of International Holding Co.'s (ADX:IHC) Esyasoft unit.
