08:53 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ework Group (EWRK.ST) agreed to acquire Germany-based Astor Technik to gain access to the so-called AÜG license, according to a Thursday release. The license will enable the Swedish consulting and workforce company to offer a broader range of services in the German market. Ework will acquire Astor Technik, which has no operational activities, for 66,000 euros in cash.
