09:14 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Horizon Educational Co (SASE:9603) said Thursday attributable net profit and revenue for fiscal 2026 rose year over year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the issuer for the 12 months ended June 30 was 15.2 million Saudi riyals, compared with 9.9 million riyals earlier. EPS moved to 6.07 riyals from 4.29 riyals. The Tadawul-listed education company's revenue was 67.9 million riyals, compared with 40.8 million riyals a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared a dividend of 2 riyals per share for the fiscal second half, payable Sept. 22 to shareholders on record Sept. 13.
