According to Zhitong Finance App News, Hengyue Holdings (01723) issued an announcement. The board of directors proposed to issue 239 million share offering shares at a subscription price of HK$0.265 per share according to the standard of 1 offering share for every 2 shares held by eligible shareholders on the record date.
