10:10 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Airbus (AIR.PA, AIR.F) unit Airbus Helicopters received an order for four U050 Capa-X drone packages from the French Aeronautical Maintenance Directorate. The packages, which comprise two U050 Capa-X uncrewed aerial systems each, will be delivered in 2027 and will be equally split between the French Navy and the French Army as part of the Light Tactical Drone System evaluation program. The order follows the French forces' land and sea evaluation campaign for the European planemaker's U050 Capa-X in 2025 and early 2026.
