Rethink Healthcare Real Estate acquired UF Health / Intuitive Health Emergency Department and Urgent Care Center in Eustis, FL (Orlando MSA). Rethink paid $16.2 million for the 11,097-square-foot facility.

Leased by UF Health Leesburg Hospital, the property reflects the kind of mission-critical medical outpatient real estate that continues to attract strong investor demand. The transaction underscores the stability of healthcare real estate, an asset class defined by essential services, creditworthy tenancy, and durable long-term demand.

The Newmark deal team that helped broker the deal included Justin Shepherd, Jay Miele, Ben Appel, John Nero, Ron Ott, Michael Greeley, Conor Hilton, Drew Martin, Samer Khalil, Karick Brown and Caroline Hoffman.

Rethink Healthcare Real Estate invests in strategic, institutional-quality ambulatory facilities that help uplift and advance community care. They say they develop and acquire properties directly, partner with experienced real estate developers to build new projects, and work with healthcare providers to deliver advanced medical office buildings and outpatient facilities.
