11:14 PM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deutsche Post (DHL.F), d/b/a DHL Group, said Thursday it entered into a memorandum of understanding with e-commerce company Alibaba.com to explore various ways artificial intelligence can be used in international trade. The parties are exploring combining the capabilities of the German logistics group's freight forwarding business DHL Global Forwarding and Alibaba's agentic AI platform Accio as part of the collaboration. Potential solutions developed under the initiative will be offered to small and medium-sized enterprises worldwide to improve their end-to-end logistics experience.
