Zhitong Finance App News, Yidu (International Holdings) (00259) issued an announcement. Suzhou Qingyue Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (Suzhou Qingyue, whose shares were previously listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Shanghai Stock Exchange) Science and Technology Innovation Board) announced on September 11, 2026, that since the daily closing price of its shares has been below RMB 1 for 20 consecutive trading days, it has triggered a “mandatory trading delisting situation”. As a result, trading of its shares has been suspended on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since September 11, 2026, and its shares may be delisted from the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

According to the listing rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Suzhou Qingyue must hire a securities company that is qualified to host brokerage business and arrange to transfer its shares to securities trading sites such as the National Small and Medium Enterprises Share Transfer System (National Equity Transfer System) to ensure that its shares can resume trading within 45 trading days from the date of official delisting of Suzhou Stock Exchange.

As of March 31, 2026, the Group's investment book value in Suzhou Qingyue was approximately HK$161 million, equivalent to 2.28% and 2.85% of the Group's total assets and total equity, respectively.
