12:24 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Northern Data's (NB2.F) principal shareholder, Rumble Deutschland, is planning an offer to buy out minority shareholders of the company for a yet-to-be-specified "adequate cash consideration." The listed computing technology company said Thursday that the squeeze-out plan is subject to shareholder approval. It comes amid expectations that Rumble Deutschland will hold 98.03% of the company by Sept. 30.
