12:35 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- United Internet (UTDI.F) said Thursday the transformation and restructuring program for its listed subsidiaries 1&1 AG (1U1.F) and Ionos Group (IOS.F) will result in a one-off restructuring expense of 95 million euros. The internet specialist company added that the expense, which will be reported as a one-off special item and adjusted accordingly, will negatively impact its 2026 earnings. The company, however, said that it expects to realize annual cost savings of 55 million euros from the execution of the program, which will be invested in future development.
