12:45 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- United Internet (UTDI.F) subsidiary Ionos Group (IOS.F) will launch a restructuring that will reduce its workforce by 450 jobs. The Germany-based cloud services company said Friday it will cut its workforce to 3,350 full-time employees from 3,800. The job cuts will be roughly split between domestic and international operations and carried out through voluntary redundancy programs. Ionos expects the one-off restructuring expense to reach 35 million euros, which will be primarily incurred in the fourth quarter.
