The unnamed sources said the minister will demand the continued listing of the German lender's shares in Germany and clauses that will safeguard jobs at Commerzbank. Klingbeil is scheduled to meet UniCredit Chief Executive Officer Andrea Orcel in Berlin on Sept. 14, the report noted.
