02:42 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Truecaller (TRUE-B.ST) said Friday that it completed the $15 million acquisition of US-based cloud-based voice, messaging and connectivity services provider TextPlus. The Swedish contact verification platform wrapped up the transaction on Thursday and formally consolidated TextPlus into its organization on Wednesday.
