03:33 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pure Health Holding (ADX:PUREHEALTH) subsidiary Circle Health Group will take over selected laboratory operations from Unilabs in the UK, including two dedicated laboratory hubs in London. The Abu Dhabi-listed healthcare services company said Friday the agreement will establish a UK laboratory platform offering pathology, histopathology, blood sciences, microbiology, and specialist diagnostic services. It said Circle's network of more than 50 hospitals will benefit from the partnership.
