03:57 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Sage Group (SGE.L) said Friday it plans to fully redeem 500 million euros of 3.820% notes due February 2028. The enterprise software company said the notes will be redeemed on Sept. 28 at a make-whole redemption price to be determined by a determination agent on Sept. 23, with the exact amount to be confirmed later. Sage will apply to delist the notes from the London stock exchange's main market and the UK Financial Conduct Authority's official list on or shortly after the redemption date.
