04:30 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wellnex Life (WNX.L) said Friday it concluded the sale of its topical pain relief brand Pain Away to Australian pharmaceutical company Mentholatum Australasia, noting that the purchase price has been settled. The health and wellness group added that the cash proceeds from the transaction will be used to pay debt, support working capital needs and evaluate options to increase shareholder value.
