05:26 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- LondonMetric Property (LMP.L) and Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust (SREI.L) completed the acquisition of Picton Property Income (PCTN.L), according to a Friday filing. LondonMetric said the division of Picton between the buyers was also completed, with its shares of the assets transferred to a wholly owned subsidiary and Picton now registered as a wholly owned Schroder REIT unit.
