05:52 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mendole (MENDO.CO) extended the subscription period for its directed private placement and public share offering of up to 59 million Danish kroner to Sept. 25 from Friday. The extension allows the Danish construction services company to conclude discussions with investors and lenders over the financing required to complete its acquisition of Rebo, which the offering will help finance, according to a Friday release. Mendole launched the offering of up to 8,550,724 new shares at 6.90 kroner each on Aug. 28.
