PETALING JAYA: Vestland Bhd has secured a RM410mil design-and-build contract for a high-rise development in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, lifting its total contract wins for the financial year 2026 (FY26) to RM1.5bil.

Its unit Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd accepted the contract from Golden Armani Sdn Bhd for the construction of a 69-storey Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) tower and a 78-storey Small Office/Versatile Office (SOVO) tower.

Construction is scheduled to begin on Sept 15, 2026, with completion expected within 36 months.

The latest award is Vestland’s seventh contract win for FY26 and raises its total outstanding order book to RM1.9bil.

Joint managing director Datuk Liew Foo Heen said the contract would further strengthen the group’s presence in Kuala Lumpur, particularly within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre vicinity.

“The project’s strategic location, surrounded by key business, retail, lifestyle amenities, and supported by excellent connectivity, further strengthens our track record in delivering high-rise SOHO and SOVO developments in prime urban locations,” he said in a statement.

Liew said the enlarged RM1.9bil outstanding order book would provide the group with greater earnings visibility moving forward.
