MARTINSVILLE, Va. (AP) — MARTINSVILLE, Va. (AP) — Hooker Furniture Corp. (HOFT) on Friday reported earnings of $1.7 million in its fiscal second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Martinsville, Virginia-based company said it had profit of 15 cents. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, were 11 cents per share.

The home furnishings company posted revenue of $63.3 million in the period.
