(“Hebei Kuntian”) held by 54 counterparties, including Song Zhitao and Liu Gejun, by issuing shares and raising supporting capital by issuing shares to no more than 35 eligible specific investors, including Hunan Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd. The issue price for issuing shares to purchase assets is 4.70 yuan/share.
