07:04 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Molecular diagnostics company ABL Diagnostics (ABLD.PA) on Friday submitted its takeover bid for IntegraGen's (ALINT.PA) business operations and assets in line with its expansion strategy. The acquisition requires approval from the Commercial Court of Évry in France, where the genomic tests and data analysis software developer is undergoing judicial reorganization proceedings, according to a same-day release. ABL Diagnostics noted that there is no guarantee that its bid will be successful, adding that it will provide material updates in due course.
