SorAorSor. 53/2026 11 September 2026 Subject: Notification of the Final Offering Price of MFC Industrial Investment Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (MII) for the First Capital Increase Attention: President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference is made to the disclosure of the news by MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited (the "REIT Manager") in its capacity as the REIT Manager of MFC Industrial Investment Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("MII") on 20 August 2026 in relation to the Notification on the Registration Statement for the Offer for Sale of Trust Units and the Prospectus for the Offer for Sale of Additional Trust Units for the First Capital Increase of MFC Industrial Investment Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (MII) being in effect, whereby the REIT Manager notified the maximum offering price of the additional trust units for the first capital increase of not exceeding THB 6.00 per trust unit. The REIT Manager would like to inform that the REIT Manager has determined the final offering price of the additional trust units for the first capital increase at THB 5.70 per trust unit. In this regard, the REIT Manager has appointed selling agents for the additional trust units, namely Asia Plus Securities Company Limited, DAOL Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited and Beyond Securities Public Company Limited to distribute the additional trust units for the first capital increase under the Third Portion, which is the offer for sale of the additional trust units remaining from the offer for sale under the First Portion (offered to the existing trust unitholders whose names appear in the trust unitholder register in proportion to their respective trust unitholdings) and the Second Portion (offered to JCK International Public Company Limited ("JCK International") and/or persons in the same group as JCK International), to (1) a private placement and/or (2) a public offering. The details of the subscription and distribution of the trust units under the Third Portion are summarized as follows. First, institutional investors and juristic persons participating in the book building process who have submitted the book building form. Subscription can be made at MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited (Head Office) from 8.30 hrs. of 21 September 2026 until 16.00 hrs. of 23 September 2026. Second, persons selected at the Underwriter's discretion. Subscription can be made at MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited (Head Office) from 8.30 hrs. of 14 September 2026 until 16.00 hrs. of 23 September 2026, or through the online system (only for Thai individuals) on the website www.mfcfund.com from 8.30 hrs. of 14 September 2026 until 16.00 hrs. of 23 September 2026. For subscription through the selling agents, namely Asia Plus Securities Company Limited, DAOL Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited and Beyond Securities Public Company Limited, a subscription may be made at the office and/or branches of the selling agents (only in the case where a subscription is accepted through the office and/or branches of the selling agents) or through the online system of the selling agents (only in the case where subscription is accepted through the online system).
