Ardent Properties traded the Century Springs Office Park in Sandy Springs for $20.75 million. The 192,247-square-foot, two-building infill office property is in the Central Perimeter submarket

Newmark Capital Markets Jay O’Meara, Justin Parsonnet and  Ryan Reethof represented the The Ardent Companies in the transaction. A partnership between OA Development and Buligo Capital Partners acquired the property. Ardent acquired the asset in 2014. Century Springs marks OA’s fourth recent office acquisition, increasing their portfolio to more than 2 million square feet.

Century Springs consists of two mid-rise office buildings and has maintained average occupancy above 90% over the past decade. The asset is poised to benefit from the completion of the neighboring Hillcrest mixed-use development, and walkability to City Springs, Parkside Shops, and other surrounding amenities.
