Brennan Investment Group has commenced construction on a 210,000 square-foot speculative industrial facility situated on 17 acres in Whites Creek, Tennessee.

The building is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027. The property is located just eight miles north of downtown Nashville, providing convenient access to Nashville’s three major interstates.

“The property’s immediate access to Interstate 24 and proximity to downtown Nashville will attract both last-mile and regional distribution users,” said Andrew Mazey, Brennan’s Senior Vice President for the Nashville and Atlanta regions.

Brennan designed the rear-load industrial building to accommodate up to five tenants and appeal to a wide range of occupiers. The building’s 260-foot depth allows for efficient tenant-demising options ranging from 27,000 to 210,000 square feet.

“Nashville is a key Sunbelt logistics hub, supported by rapid population growth, rental rate growth and one of the lowest industrial vacancy rates in the U.S.,” said Kevin Brennan, Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Brennan Investment Group.
