06:06 AM EDT, 09/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Miahona Co. (SASE:2084) secured a non-objection notice from the General Authority for Competition for its acquisition of Sha's Water Services. The water and wastewater infrastructure company said Sunday that the notice was related to the transaction's economic concentration. The company added that the deal, which was disclosed in June, is still subject to other requirements.
