12:50 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kvika banki (KVIKA.IC) said Monday it appointed Jón Birgir Jónsson as its new chief executive officer, effective Dec. 1. Jónsson, who served as a partner at investment manager Neuberger Berman in London until 2025, will succeed Ármann Þorvaldsson at the Iceland-based lender.
