01:21 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Tribunal de Commerce de Paris on Sept. 11 partially upheld, at first instance, the damages claims brought against Calida Group (CALN.SW) by the purchaser of its Lafuma Mobilier brand, the apparel and lifestyle company said Monday. The court ordered Calida to pay 6.4 million euros in damages, against the purchaser's claims of 39 million euros relating to the share purchase agreement dated July 30, 2024. Calida Group said it will decide whether to seek legal remedies after reviewing the judgment in detail. The judgment is not final and may be appealed to the next instance.
