01:49 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zalaris (ZAL.OL) said on Monday that Kona BidCo offered to buy all the shares not tendered in acceptance of its takeover proposal for the company. Kona BidCo currently owns 19,384,922 shares, or 87.57%, of the human capital management services company as of the offer launch. It agreed to pay 100 Norwegian kroner for each remaining share. The offer will run until Friday, with settlement expected in the succeeding four trading days.
