03:00 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The UK's aviation regulator set a price cap of 28.66 pounds sterling per passenger for Heathrow Airport under interim price control arrangements. The interim price cap will take effect on Jan. 1, 2027, covering the entire year. The UK Civil Aviation Authority said the arrangement will safeguard passengers using the airport while it finalizes the terms of the H8 price control framework, which is due in April 2027.
