05:45 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eco Buildings Group (ECOB.L) said Monday it expects to finalize the first apartment block of the Balfin Group Rolling Hills residential development in Tirane, Albania, in October. The British modular housing company is now completing the fourth and final floor structure of the 18-flat building for Balfin Group and is stockpiling walls to start a second block. Eco Buildings expects to sign the contracts for the project's remaining four blocks with the developer by the end of 2026.
