07:44 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Satsuma Technology (SATS.L) said Monday it will delay its planned delisting from the London stock exchange's main market in order to allow time for arranging an alternative listing venue. The delisting, which was previously planned for Monday, was extended until after the Bitcoin-native treasury management and decentralized artificial intelligence-focused company's annual general meeting, which will be held following the publication of its results for the year ended Feb. 28, 2026. The company's shares will remain suspended on the London bourse in the meantime.
