09:22 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BASF (BAS.F) enlisted Citi, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan as global coordinators for the planned initial public offering of BASF Agricultural Solutions on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The German chemicals company said Monday the legal and operational separation of the business remains on track, with IPO readiness targeted by mid-2027. However, no decision has been made on the execution or timing of the IPO, and will depend on several factors, including prevailing capital market conditions.
