U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq index falling around 1% on Monday.

Shares of Elmet Group Co (NASDAQ:ELMT) shares jumped 50.6% to $24.39 during Monday’s session.

The company disclosed its plans to use part of the $450 million committed investment from the United States Department of Defense to boost tungsten supply chain and expand U.S. manufacturing units. Under the agreement, the funding will begin with a $200 million drawdown at closing, followed by additional draws.

Frequency Electronics shares jumped 30.7% to $81.13 on Friday.

• Rum Group Inc (NASDAQ:RUM) gained 15% to $8.24. The move followed a report identifying Anthropic as the customer behind RUM Group’s $13.7 billion GPU services contract.
• Sailpoint Inc (NASDAQ:SAIL) surged 15% to $19.82.
• Tyra Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:TYRA) gained 14.5% to $25.22. Tyra announced pricing of $400 million underwritten offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants.
• Blue Moon Metals Inc (NASDAQ:BMM) jumped 14.5% to $6.25 after the company along with Elmet, and EQ Resources announced a binding letter agreement to invest $150 million – $175 million in Springer Tungsten Complex in Imlay, Nevada.
• Rapid7 Inc (NASDAQ:RPD) gained 13% to $11.65.
• Crowdstrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:CRWD) rose 12.4% to $232.37. The company announced it registered the resale of 2.12 million shares by selling stockholder.
• Tenable Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:TENB) gained 12.2% to $33.78.
• Zscaler Inc (NASDAQ:ZS) rose 12.1% to $184.50.
• Allot Ltd (NASDAQ:ALLT) gained 12% to $8.42.
• Rubrik Inc (NYSE:RBRK) jumped 11.7% to $96.78.
• SentinelOne Inc (NYSE:S) rose 11.6% to $22.06.
• Palo Alto Networks Inc (NASDAQ:PANW) gained 11.5% to $368.74.
• Okta Inc (NASDAQ:OKTA) rose 9.8% to $182.82. Wells Fargo analyst Richard Poland maintained Okta with an Overweight rating and raised the price target from $180 to $200.
• Roblox Corp (NASDAQ:RBLX) gained 8.7% to $49.47  after B of A Securities and Wedbush raised their respective price targets on the stock.
• HubSpot Inc (NYSE:HUBS) climbed 7.5% to $242.31.
• Fortinet Inc (NASDAQ:FTNT) gained 6.8% to $166.66.
