12:45 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Promotora de Informaciones (PRS.MC) said Monday that it appointed Jorge Bujía Feal as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately. Feal succeeded Francisco Javier Ruiz, the Spanish media conglomerate noted. Feal most recently served as the chief financial and operating officer of the company's Santillana unit.
