KUALA LUMPUR: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary CBTECH (M) Sdn Bhd has secured a RM56.88mil contract from Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd, as the subcontractor for the electrical services of the proposed commercial development Phase 1A retail mall and Phase 1C office Tower 1 located in Bandar Sri Damansara, in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract shall commence on Sept 1, 2026, with the completion date scheduled for March 17, 2028.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026, and onwards.
