01:16 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Centiel (CNTL.SW) agreed to acquire a production facility in Muzzano, Switzerland, for 12.1 million francs, according to a Tuesday release. The Swiss power protection systems manufacturer expects to invest an additional low single-digit million francs to prepare the site for production and other uses. Production at the 7,286-square-meter site, which has an extension option, is expected to begin in the first half of 2027.
