01:24 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TX Group (TXGN.SW) acquired another 3,426,731 shares in SMG Swiss Marketplace Group (SMG.SW) from Schweizerische Mobiliar Holding for 98 million francs. The shares were purchased at a per-share price of 28.50 francs and boost the Swiss media company's ownership in SMG Swiss Marketplace Group to 34.9% from 31.4%, according to a Tuesday release.
