01:42 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Goobit Group said Monday it intends to raise 25.1 million kronor through a rights issue of units at 0.34 kronor per unit, equivalent to 0.02 kronor per share. The subscription period will run from Oct. 22 to Nov. 5, with each unit comprising 17 shares and one series TO 2 warrant, subject to shareholder approval. The net proceeds will mainly fund the completion, launch and commercialization of Futureproof, a new savings platform for bitcoin, gold and interest-bearing assets. The Nordic financial group could receive an additional 8.9 million kronor if all warrants are exercised, while the board may issue up to 6 million kronor in additional units in an overallotment.
