02:03 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Abu Dhabi-listed investment holding company Apex Investment's (ADX:APEX) subsidiary Enercap Energy signed a memorandum of understanding with Dubai Police to cooperate on research and innovation initiatives. The agreement covers joint work on autonomous maritime systems and unmanned surface vessels, including technical and field studies, research, and trials, according to a Monday release. The parties will also exchange technical expertise and international best practices and collaborate on artificial intelligence and smart systems for security and law enforcement applications.
