02:55 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ades Holding's (SASE:2382) Ades Saudi Ltd. unit concluded the acquisition of Saudi Arabian Saipem after satisfying all the requirements of the transaction. The Saudi-listed drilling services said Tuesday that its subsidiary acquired the company for $285 million from Saipem International under a sale and purchase agreement, which was disclosed in June. Saipem International is a subsidiary of Italian engineering and construction group Saipem (SPM.MI).
