03:56 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Partners Group (PGHN.SW) said Tuesday it provided more than 300 million euros in senior financing to support BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital's acquisition of a majority stake in MDT technologies from IK Partners. The financing was arranged through the Swiss private equity firm's direct lending strategy. MDT is a building automation platform with operations across Europe, the Middle East, and India.
