04:29 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Baan Holding Group (SASE:1820) received a notice from Alfa Facilities Contracting Co. to terminate its catering services contract for the NRC26 residential complex in Neom, Saudi Arabia. The hospitality and entertainment group said Tuesday the termination, set to take effect on Sept. 30, does not imply cancellation of other contractual and operational obligations within the area. The deal was signed in 2024.
