05:32 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish Logistic Property (SLP-B.ST) said Tuesday that it purchased a terminal in Gothenburg, Sweden, under a sale-and-leaseback agreement with Danish transport and logistics company DSV (DSV.CO). The Swedish property company acquired the leasehold property at a valuation of 514 million kronor. It has a lettable area of 34,900 square meters and is fully leased for nine years.
